We are currently sourcing for a Coaching & Leadership Development Partner to work in the Asset Management Business Group.
The Role
This person will support our next gen leaders to enhance their leadership capabilities and drive organizational success through 1:1 executive coaching for our VP population. They will also assess our existing executive coaching program and leadership development offerings to identify gaps and recommend solutions to address.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with essential team members and identified leaders to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and career goals aligned to business needs.
- Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions to set leaders up for success in current roles and accelerate readiness for future roles.
- Analyze current executive coaching program and make enhancement recommendations on end-to-end process.
- Develop, document, and implement consistent executive coaching assessment to understand efficacy of engagements.
- Research and make informed recommendations to expand of current bench of external executive coaches.
- Collaborate with team members to align coaching initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Identify leadership development gaps and source development solutions to address organizational needs.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on leadership skills, effective communication, and team dynamics.
- Use assessment tools to evaluate leadership competencies and provide actionable feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in leadership development and coaching.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certification in executive coaching (e.g., ICF, EMCC).
- Experience in leadership coaching or organizational development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proven ability to facilitate group discussions and workshops effectively.

- Expertise in adult learning principles and coaching methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and measure progress.
- Building and executing programmatic solutions.
- Able to navigate complex organizational dynamics and provide strategic insights.
